How to permanently remove the a Ap from the phone?
How can I permanently remove a app from my phone and from my App Store in purchase section

Tap and hold an app. When the apps start jiggling and Xs appear in the upper left corner, tap the X on the app that you wish to delete.
You can hide purchases, but you cannot delete them.
