Disabled Locked Screen with Passcode

How can I enter my passcode on my disabled iPhone without iTunes. I recently formatted my laptop and my phone won't sync with iTunes.

You can't reset without iTunes.

Connect iPhone to Computer

Use your USB lightening cable --> Resolve USB-related alerts in iTunes - Apple Support

If unable to connect --> If iTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support
