I am still getting unsolicited emails even after changing my email address to the alternate, .me.com, I know how to block them but this only sends them to my junk folder. I want to not get any of these emails at all. How can I change my Apple ID and email both? Another words a whole new account.

If you create/use a new Apple ID, you will lose access to some of your data and the purchases made with your existing Apple ID.
Create a new ID (if necessary) and sign into iCloud using the same Apple ID on another Apple device/computer. You should then be able to sign in.

Alas, no. It’s not that easy.
So… what particularly triggered this? If the senders are persistent and are particularly not altering their message attributes, it can be possible to filter messages using the available iCloud rules mechanism. Failing that, marking the messages as junk can help train away the problem messages.
