When I do this, it turns on and the Apple appears, but when I don’t let go of the key, it turns off again. I have waited with my finger on the key for a full 60 seconds and no utility screen. Any idea what’s going on?
I tried doing it the old way too, with Command R, and this pops up, but I don’t know the password. Tried the one I use to log into the computer and tried the Apple ID password. Neither works.
