Need to be able to coerce iCloud sync

Need to have a function to coerce a sync, both my Mac computers take awhile before syncing documents (Pages or Numbers) with iCloud, but iPhone/ipad sync instantly.

iMac 27″, macOS 10.12

Thanks, transferring an empty folder works, but Apple still should have a button to coerce the sync
