iCloud: 2 TB Storage Plan
It appears that I am being charged two times each month for iCloud: 2 TB Storage Plan...$5.00 and $9.99. Would you please explain?

This is a "run around". Please give me a direct answer.
Most of the people who answer questions on these boards are other customers; nobody here will be able to say what's going on at Apple's end.
