My iPhone is locked due to forgetting the passcode. How can I unlock it? Have search through Apple Support in Apple website but the instruction or the screenshot displayed is not what it looks like on my iPhone screen
The steps you need are there in that link. Just scroll down and follow the steps for the section called “Remove the passcode on iPhone SE (1st generation), and iPhone 6s and earlier“
Otherwise we need better details from you like what you see on the iPhone’s dcreen, etc.
