Cant search iTunes music in the iTuners store. Where did the search go?

Those tabs (for Apple Music, Your Library, and iTunes Store) as shown in ed2345's reply are NOT in my 'Music' formerly known as "iTunes". I am having the same problem that I am wanting to search for something in the Store and as soon as even click on the search field it will ONLY search my library, and there is NO way to select 'store' after I've typed in the search field! It only finds things that are already in my library! Is this to punish me for not choosing to subscribe to Apple Music because I don't want to LOSE all the music that I have CREATED (I'm a music producer, hello!)???

Make sure to click on the icon for iTunes Store, as shown below. The do the search.

I've gone and enabled iTunes Store but I still do not receive any options when I click on it in the left menu. Just a screen full of music I don't care about.

"iTunes Store" is not on the bar

Are you sure it is enabled? make sure there is check mark in Preferences > General > Show -- iTunes Store.

Thanks for the answer. I clicked on itunes in the side bar and didn't even think that i had to do it in a different area. Bad design.

Okay, the top bar never appeared but I can search by the search option in the left menu now, so that worked.

want to search iTunes Store not my library. There doesn't seem to be a place to do it. Did "Apple" leave this option out?

Why the **** can't apple leave well enough alone. Continuous change isn't improvement. It's just annoying

There is no "show" in my general window

To find the song on iTunes music I went through Safari putting in song title to buy. It worked but I think needs to update that we can keep our music and find what we are looking for in their store
