hello. my airpods will randomly cut off while using them. they have a full charge most times and will play for about 5-10 minutes with music/videos and only last a couple of seconds if i take or make a phone call. what is the problem?

What percentage are the AirPods at when you get them to turn back on after shutting off?
Are the AirPods showing that they are actually charging when you charge them? If not, you can follow If your AirPods won’t charge.
