Work phone and personal phone answer to “hey Siri” at same time.

I have two different phones using two different iCloud accounts and both of them respond to me when I say hey Siri. When is my work phone and what is my personal phone. How can I dictate which one answers me? Is there a way to rename Siri for one of my phones like, “hey Work Siri”
