i cannot copy video's from my Windows PC on my Ipad Air4 (2014) via ITunes. Do you know a solution?

iTunes will only copy over video content added to the iTunes library as home videos, TV shows, movies, or music videos. iTunes doesn't support all video types. You might need to convert the format of the video to something that iTunes will work with, or alternatively use an app like VLC which supports the iTunes File Sharing mechanism and plays a wide range of video formats.
