Calendar notifications of malware

I have been getting notifications from my calendar if possible malware in my device and a link to download a spyware to eliminate the problem. How do I know if it’s a scam?

It's a SCAM...Delete spam calendars and events on iPhone - Apple Support describes how to remove the notifications.
