Restart your iPhone. If it doesn’t work make sure you are you are connected to the Internet. I don’t recommend using data. If it still doesn’t work sign out and then sign back in.

You have to much space on your phone. Upgrade your iCloud storage or Get rid some photos and apps.
Tried restarting phone and still not working. There is only being used on the cloud 1.4 of 5 gig.
