My Pages, numbers, and keynote quit unexpectedly. I have followed the protocols in the communities, but issues remains. I have the latest Version of all 3 apps (V 11.1) and OS- Bigsur (V11.2.3). Can someone kindly help out?

Go to System Preferences > Software Update and update macOS to the latest version, currently Big Sur 11.4. That will take care of the problem.
