I have the latest iOS on my 2016 iPhone SE. Lately, it has started showing signs of slowing down. Stumbling. Staggering. Its battery is in good shape. 100%, peak performance. There is not a load of Apps installed.
Please advice.

Two basic troubleshooting steps:
A "forced" restart of your device, using these instructions:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support
If the issue persists, something could have gone wrong during the latest update procedure.
I would try to install a fresh copy of iOS. To do this, create a full backup of your iPhone (1), then restore it to factory settings (you need a computer to perform this step) and, in the end, set it up as new (2).
When done, restore data from your previously made backup (3).

I just tried the forced restart option. The camera App looks good! No lagging performance. If this hits a dead-end soon, I will try restoring the iPhone based on your instructions. I will get back here and keep you informed. Again, thank you so much for your time.
