Apple Watch pairing

It doesn’t inform me specific when it comes to issues if the iPhone doesn’t seem to be connected with the watch but the settings have it. I’m not able to log into my mom’s Apple Watch because I don’t know the password nor can I do it in the watch app. Is there anyway I can retrieve the password or at least able to pair it again?

Ask your mom for the password.
