How to get a refund?

Hello my skids has 10 years purchase by mistake the total amount 5000 dirham and I make complain they 59 of my request plz help me because my kids not understand what he do .. thanks for your support

Use these instructions to ask for a refund:--> Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

Apple will judge (and let you know) whether your request is eligible or not.
