Your carrier has a website, which you can go to. You should be able to log in with your mobile number. If you have never used the site you will have to create an account on it. But you may already have an account on the site if you pay your bill on the site.

You have posted the same question to this user-to-user forum 3 times. Once is really enough. When another user who thinks they can answer it sees it they will respond.

If it was a contact and you deleted the contact is is gone forever. Where did you delete it from?

If you deleted it from Phone/Recents it is no longer on the phone, but it will still be on your carrier’s user portal.
