I can’t get my Apple Watch to turn on.

My watch will not do anything. It’s charged and won’t respond to anything. I have tried to do a hard restart, and there is no reaction. Nothing…..

I put it on the charger…nothing. It’s dead. I got it in December. Not even a year old.
