Mail Unable To Send Emails.
I am unable to send emails through my Mail accounts. I have a 2017 MacBook Pro running Big Sur Version 11.4. The progress bar indicates that the email is progressing but times out before sending.

Also, does the e-mail have a file attachment larger than 20 MB. iCloud mail, from experience only, has limitation of e-mail size of about 20 MB. If yes, the message may not be sent or may offer to send a Link for said attachment.
