What can I plug my iPhone11 charging cord that came with it into?

You will need a USB-C Power Adapter. You can buy them from the Apple Store either online or at a physical location.

You can also use your standard USB charger (if you have had a previous iPhone before), however this won't support fast USB-C charging.
