Water damage on iPhone

hi, my iphone 11pro accidentally dropped into water, it won't turn on, is it possible to fix it? I have read the specifications and it says that it is water resistant up to 4 meters. I don't understand why it doesn't turn on anymore

Liquid damage to iPhone or iPod isn't covered by warranty - http://support.apple.com/HT204104 - iPhone and most iPod devices are equipped with Liquid Contact Indicators (LCIs) that you can see from the outside.

If you have Applecare Plus you get two accidental damages/incidents for the life of the warranty at reduced cost.
