Time Machine BackUps

If I shut down the system for power cut reason, will my back up continue from where it was or will it start all over again?

iMac 27″, macOS 11.2

No backups on my Time Machine I decided to force a backup since it wasn't doing it automatically - I can see my backup drive but if I go to select drive I can't and there is no option to start a backup.

As long as "Back Up Automatically" is on in System Preferences > Time Machine, you won't have any issues.
