My new Macbook m1 isn't responding properly after recent update. keys aren't responding ,there are automatic spaces all over, screen got dark black lines.I even couldn't find whether it is a software or hardware issue or this is what we get after spending 2100$ on a Mac.

Please run Etrecheck and post its full report here. Use the "additional text" button and paste the report into the text box.
This will help us see if there is any problematic third party software that may be causing this.
You may need to run the update again at this point if it was OK in previous version. Go to recovery mode and reinstall the OS.
I have tried it but its of no use.
