Apple Watch Update

A couple days after my Apple Watch updated I noticed it was dying really fast, wouldn’t make it through half the day. So I decided to try and reset my watch but now it only flashes with the Apple logo. I’ve tried to hold the buttons for the erase content, but this never shows. Not sure what I can do?
