I can’t get my black background to my white background on my iPhone . Plz help tyvm dlc

First, go to Settings/Display & Brightness and tap “Light” and turn off Automatic.

If that doesn’t fix it go to Settings/Accessibility/Display & Text Size and turn off everything except Auto-Brightness. Set that to your preference.

Tap on Settings > Display & Brightness > Under Appearance, select Light
