Disconnecting Apple Watch from my phone

So I left my watch at my ex’s house and now he’s seeing all of my messages and I’ve disconnected the watch from my phone but he’s still seeing all my conversations SOMEONE please help me !!! What else can I do? I’ve marked it lost stolen but he found out the code I removed it from the find my app and unpaired it. I also removed it from my account as well is there something I’m missing ??

You could try if you can still erase it too. That should take care of it. Since you unpaired it already, you have a backup on your iPhone and could restore it to another watch later on, if need be.


If you can't access your iPhone or Apple Watch, or if your Apple Watch isn't paired with your iPhone and you need to turn off Activation Lock:

  1. On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID. 
  2. Go to Find My iPhone.
  3. Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.
  4. Click Erase Apple Watch. Select Next until the device is erased.
  5. Click the remove button  next to your Apple Watch.
