I just purchasedd airpods pro The ear tips will not budge All of the videos show them coming off easily

This tells you how to add or remove ear tips: Choose your AirPods Pro ear tips and use the Ear Tip Fit Test

Since you are having trouble removing them make sure they were installed properly.

If you continue to experience issues you may need to contact Apple Support: Contact Apple Support to set up service because they are not supposed to be difficult to remove.
