I don't have a computer how do I get into my iPhone 12 mini thats disabled connect to iTunes?

My phone is disabled because I forgot my passcode and its saying to connect to ITUNES but I don't have access to a computer what are my other options?

There are no other options. You will need to find a Windows or Mac computer to restore and reset it. There are no other mechanism to reset a disabled device.
