Yes. Simply open it in numbers


Import an Excel file

Drag the Excel file to the Numbers icon in the Dock or in the Applications folder. In the Numbers menu bar, you can also choose File > Open and select the Excel file you want to open.

Yes. Simply open it in numbers on an iOS

Store the Excel File on iCloud Drive or any Cloud Drives (iCloud Drive, Google Drive, OneDrive, DropBox, Flickr, box, AmazonDrive, Adobe Creative Cloud etc.)

Using Files App open Numbers and tap on any Excel File it will get auto-converted to Numbers.
