My Bluetooth will not stop spinning on my phone so it won’t allow me to connect

Hello,

1) Restart the phone (If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t turn on or is frozen)

2) Turn Airplane mode on and then off again

3) See this:

If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
