Hello!, one of my AirPods are not working and they are both charged the same and I have also cleaned them but there still is a problem. The right one still has low sound, if there is anything else that I can do to fix it please let me know, Thanks!

In general make sure there is nothing blocking or stuck in the tip.
Make sure it isn't a setting thing:

Check the audio level balance. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio & Visual > Balance
(On older systems: Settings > General > Accessibility)
