Not enough storage on watch
My watch needs an update, there’s not enough storage. I don’t have any apps of my own on there. It’s only the ones I can’t delete. How do I get those off of there.

Then Re-pair your Apple Watch again,this usually frees up
enough storage space to update your watch.And without any loss of data.
