Apple Watch Series 1 backup

I have the Watch series 1 (1st gen) and an iPhone 11 Max Pro. I would like the steps to backup my Watch data to iCloud via iPhone. Can someone please send me the details? Also, is there any specific data that does not get backed up in this process, like the Fitness activity data and summaries/awards? Thank you.
