Hello , my Apple Watch series 3 has a broken screen, I looked about getting it fixed and someone mentioned there was a fault on them and Apple will fix this? Is this possible?

Apple may be able to fix it, but I don't know anything about "a fault on them". Iff you want to pursue this contact Apple Support.
