I have been getting billed for over a year .99 a month and I have not idea what it is for. Can you take this charge off my account. I think it was for more storage on apple cloud but I've never received extra storage from them

Cancel upgraded iCloud storage by downgrading to the free 5GB plan. See instructions in: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207594
