My apple tv 4k light is flashing and is not responsive

My Apple TV 4K stopped working. It does not respond to the remote, has a slow flashing light, and no longer transmits a signal to the TV. I have tried unplugging everything (power and HDMI) for an extended time before reconnecting (even to a different HDMI port on the TV) to no avail.

As stated in If you see a warning symbol on Apple TV - Apple Support

you will have to contact Apple Support for this issue, when you have the 4K model.
