i jeep getting charged for my apple music multiple times a month and double of what my subscription is. can i get a refund and stop charging three times a month?
You can view and cancel your subscription following the steps at How to cancel a subscription from Apple – Apple Support
It seems unlikely you could be billed for two Apple Music subscriptions, do you have a relative who is using your payment information?

You could potentially try and claim a refund by contacting Apple's Form > Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple – Apple Support however this isn't guaranteed and it is up to whether Apple allow the refund or not.
