My daughter iPhone won't send the app install request. I've verified I'm using the right avvount

I have my daughter's phone added as family member. Since iOS 14, her requests to instalñ an app won't work. They won't arrive to me. I have verified that the iTunes acct is correct. On my daughter phone it said I could grant permission directly but the interaction would require my own login which is impossible to do. This happens when the phones allocated time is over, bit i grant extra time for that action.

iPhone X, iOS 14

Thanks but that was the first thing I did, I did explain it on the body of the ticket. I have made sure I'm using the right configurations but it still won't work. That's why I rose the ticket. Amy other ideas? Could it be that appstore won't work correctly with time restrictions even if you authorize extra time whole the phone iss off limits?
