WiFi calling issues

iPhone 12 Pro - WiFi calling often causes the call to drop or the call will go silent at random times on almost every call. Software is up to date, no device issues, happens on multiple devices (all iOS) in the home. Is this a common issue?

When at home I use Wifi calling and up until recently it has worked fine however since the last update I have been having issues. When my phone is in the lock screen it works and my phone rings and I am able to answer it as normal. When my phone is not on the lock screen and I am in an app or doing something it wont ring it just cuts the call off, it does not go to answerphone or anything. When I take wifi calling off it works fine and as I would expect does anyone know why, do I need to change a setting to get it to work when the phone is being used.

Problematic WiFi Calling I have my phone set to use WiFi calling. Every call has a long dead space when I cannot hear the other party nor can they hear me. This is not at the beginning but usually about a minute into the call and seems to last for 20-30 seconds. This is consistent... not intermittent. Is anyone else having this issue?

Wifi Call and one-way audio on iOS14 All, I am facing a strange symptom using Wifi Call on my iOS devices (affects multiple iPhones) Regardless of receiving or making a call, often I cannot hear the caller but the other side hears me. So some kind of a one-way Audio connection. Disabling Wifi Call fixes the issue. I am not restricting any ports on my Internet Router. Any ideas if this is a known issue with iOS14? thanks Mike

I’ve seen numerous customers from multiple carriers complain about this issue actually. WiFi calling is a device feature.

No, not to my knowledge.

Since "wifi calling" is a specific carrier's service, I would contact them and ask if everything is okay on their side.
