Pages 11.0 - Text box movement
Can I make a second text box move within the text of another text box?
Currently, when I create any text box there is no 'object placement' option.

You cannot place a text box within another text box. You can, however, select both, visit the Arrange panel, and set text wrap to none. Then you can position one text box to overlay another.
