I would like to cancel iCloud charge $2.99 every month because I got a new phone with more storage. Please cancel and charge no more $2.99 a month!

I requested to cancel iCloud storage charge $2.99 a month some time ago but you guys are still charging monthly. I have a new phone with enough storage and I don’t need Icloud storage. Please cancel that monthly charge.
