icloud hacked after cellphone was stolen

Good day everyone,

wonder if this only happen to me only but, my phone got stollen and after few months I bought another apple device because I wanted all my information that was stored at iCloud and only to find out that I’m only getting contacts nothing else no pictures no music no application that I had previously so I mean I really need help to recover my information is there any other solution.

I was paying for extra cloud fee but still I can’t get my information.
