iPhone 11 flooded?

Hello, I have a problem with my iPhone 11. Namely, my phone fell into the water for a second while I was showering. After 30 minutes, the screen became stained and then colored stripes appeared along the screen. Is it possible that the display has broken?

iPhone 11 is not waterproof at all Held my iPhone 11 and accidentally dipped it in 3 inches of water for 10 seconds. Immediately took it out and turned it off. Dried it and waited. Turn on my phone a couple of hours later and you can see the liquid inside the display and the display shows inverted colors and lines. Sometimes, the display will blackout, but all the buttons are functioning. The sound is working fine. Had it in a bag of rice, but the display doesn't function anymore. It never went into a depth of 2 meters for 30 minutes. It barely touched the water for 10 seconds and now it's damage. NOT WATERPROOF. All a lie!

My iPhone X fell in water, now the screen is black hello, I hope you are doing good, my question is my iPhone X which I guess is water resistant was fell in a water. the depth of the water was not even more then 10cm. yesterday it was felt in water. now today the screen is black out kindly suggest me what measures should I take in order to make it perfect [Re-Titled by Moderator]
