HI, I am trying to update and delete apps from both my watch and phone. All my toggle options to remove are greyed out.....help! I want to delete apps from my watch and when I tried to swipe left nothing happens either.
I do, should I deactivate that?

Tap on screen time.
Then content and privacy settings
Then iTunes and App Store purchases
Then deleting apps set this to allow.
Install apps set this to allow.
Do you have screen time enabled on the phone?.
toggle option is greyed out to remove apps
