OS Downgrade to 11.2.3

I need to downgrade from Mac OS 11.4 to 11.2.3. Cannot not seem to find .dmg.

Do you have a Time Machine backup to Restore to/from?

As mentioned the Revert to previous by @BDAqua. Or, per chance have a Bootable Clone pre-dating the 11.4 update ? Or the Full Installer of 11.2.3 on an external drive then you could created a Bootable Installer and Wipe the Drive clean and install 11.2.3.

Apple no longer allows downloads of earlier versions of any OS. :(
