If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.

Only refunds coming to store credit will happen within 48 hours; it takes up to 30 days for most other payment methods. Click here for more information.

If yours will be to store credit, contact the iTunes Store staff.

I was told my money was going to be returned but it’s been Pat 48 hours and it has not been returned
