Refund. Purchased by a child

so my son purchase some items that i did'nt know and i already request a refund of he’s purchases. how do i make sure to get refund and so it does’nt do it again in the near future?

If you requested a refund and it was agreed then you will get it, but it may take some days: please see How long refunds from the App Store or other Apple services take - Apple Support
