I system restored my MacBook Air 2019

Hello

Please help!!

I recently purchased a Mac book air as I work a lot from home.It was a 2019 model and was given it in box with all parts.

I downloaded some file and cloud but relalised that this computer was not suitable for what I needed.

So I followed apples online advice to system restore,

to which when system was turned back on all the screen was displaying was a spinning globe.

I the followed apples advice on how to correct this which I followed to the letter.

once the internet password was put in it displthe apple sign for 10 minutes.

And now the screen is displaying this. (Picture attached and curser not moving at all and unsure how to get this perfectly running computer back to original factory setting ready to sell. Please I would appreciate any advice or how to correct when I am unable to use the MacBook. Thank you

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.2
