I have Apple TV app, am signed in, but it still won't let me watch episode 3 of Ted Lasso - just episodes 1&2

To watch all of the content of Apple TV+,
- users must have signed up for an Apple TV+ subscription,
- users must sign in to the Apple TV app with the Apple ID account that has this subscription.
Unsubscribed users/accounts may find a few free-to-view ‘teaser’ episodes.
If you subscribed and entered the correct account, and you still can’t access all the available episodes, then contact Apple Support.
